Welcome to Kristi Olivo Relationship Coaching. By accessing this website, submitting an application, scheduling a session, or participating in coaching services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Coaching Services
Kristi Olivo provides relationship coaching services for individuals and couples. Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process designed to support personal growth, relationship awareness, and intentional decision-making.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment and is not a substitute for mental health care, psychotherapy, or medical advice.
Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to participate in coaching services. By applying for or engaging in coaching, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
No Guarantees
Results from coaching vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. While coaching is designed to support growth and clarity, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Client Responsibility
You understand and agree that:
* You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
* Coaching requires honesty, participation, and personal effort
* Progress depends on your willingness to apply insights outside of sessions
Kristi Olivo is not responsible for decisions you make during or after coaching
Payment and Investment
All coaching fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed-upon payment plan prior to services being rendered.
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to complete a payment plan may result in paused or discontinued services.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Sessions are scheduled in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
Communication
By submitting your application, you consent to being contacted via email. If you grant permission to receive text messages, you consent to SMS communication regarding scheduling, reminders, and coaching-related updates.
You may opt out of text communication at any time.
Confidentiality
Your personal information and coaching discussions are treated with respect and discretion. Information shared during coaching will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
For couples coaching, confidentiality is shared between partners. Information disclosed by one partner may be addressed in joint sessions when relevant to the coaching process.
Application and Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into coaching services. Kristi Olivo reserves the right to accept or decline clients at her discretion to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, exercises, worksheets, and resources provided through coaching or this website are the intellectual property of Kristi Olivo and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Kristi Olivo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in coaching services or use of this website.
Website Use
This website and its content are provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
Modifications
Kristi Olivo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
